另一種「看不見」的體驗
早前聽森美曾在電台提及,要令人聰明一點,可嘗試閉眼洗澡和用非慣用手刷牙。對於學心理學的我,覺得這兩點並非無科學根據,因此我也試著做。
我以前做幼兒課程設計時,也很著重發展幼兒的多元智能,利用不同感官學習,人長大了,慢慢就偏重視覺學習,而忽略訓練其他感官。今次這個閉眼洗澡的練習,確實令我有另一番體驗。
當我看不見時,原來我會比平時更小心奕奕地進行每一個動作,與其他物件的碰撞率竟然比平時還少了,並會嘗試用感覺仔細清潔身體的每一個部份,塗潤膚霜也用手來感受是否塗得均勻,真的覺得比眼看塗至沒有白色來得細膩。
有時候,我們確實應該閉上眼睛,用耳聆聽、用鼻品嚐、用嘴巴細味、用手觸摸、用身體感受,最重要的,是用心來領會我們身邊的事物呢!這樣我們的智商便會不斷提昇,信不信由你!
I believe and I agree. When we get used to our behavior and get used to see things with our eyes and eyes only. We become less understandable. Recently, I see parents on the street keep on saying to their kids not to touch and it's dirty. At the beginning, I agreed. However, I changed my mind within a minute. I thought that if they can feel the world with their body instead of eyes only. They would understand the world more fully than the ones using eyes only.
